Very convenient while traveling through Orlando int airport in the morning flight
We had a good experience over all. We (my husband, myself and our three year old) arrived at 2am. I called and let the clerk on 2nd shift know of our predicated arrival time. She says that was no problem they had rooms available and she would make a note to let us in our room early. When we arrived the third shift man said that we'd have to pay almost $100 more!!!! But seeing we had a three year old to come back at 9 am and maybe they'd let us in the room them. So we had to sleep in our car. I went in the lobby at 6am to potty and the guy said okay I've talked to first shift and you can go to your room. I was thankful but still upset that I was told one thing by 2nd shift and told another by the man that clearly got off on his crappie authority..
Spent a nightr before a flight the next morning. Check in was smooth and room seem to be clean and comfy. Parked car on site for a week and was shuttled to airport. The shuttle runs to/from airport every hour as they service several hotels with that transportation. Breakfast and coffee were good and the staff were friendly and the price was fair for the package.
The bed and bedding was super comfortable here.
Was looking for a nice place to stay to catch a morning flight. It fit the bill perfectly !
Nice rooms. Great staff. Hallway needs updating
We enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect
Great place, lovlely and spacious room with very comfortable bed.good shuttle service to airport.
I was very impressed with this hotel, would definitely stay again.
I stayed here for a park n fly one night stay, with shuttle to the airport. I had done this several times a while ago. At that time hotel was basic but the service was good: courteous and informative, and the shuttle appropriate. This time holy cow! The décor has been upgraded but the service downgraded. That not only goes for in the hotel but affects interacting with the shuttle (which is a contracted service, not done directly by the hotel.) So screwed up!! So many problems I can't go into it, makes me tired to think about it. And while the room décor is better the air conditioning units have aged even more. AC was VERY noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. They must get complaints because they have cute signs in the lobby suggesting the ac be viewed as soothing white noise with which to sleep. Well, I have a white noise machine which I use every night, this is definitely not soothing white noise.
