We had an issue with a toilet. It was handled immediately. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Staying here 1 night and paying for 2 additional nights parking was still cheaper than leaving the car at Pacifico. The room was clean, the beds were great. Decoration of the room left a lot to be desired but we were leaving at 3:20.am so who cared. Trip was July 2017 but site would not allow me to select that.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Jill checked our family in at the front desk, and upon seeing the four of us (2 kids and 2 parents), she quickly recommended we change our reservation from one King to two Queens. Jill provided additional assistance with our reservations and answered all of our questions, which set the tone for a favorable overnight experience. Parking and shuttle to the airport are extremely convenient with a shuttle running every 20 minutes, and the ride to the airport taking less than ten minutes. Finally, we departed PHL at 5:00 p.m., and requested a late check-out, allowing us to remain in our hotel room until 2:00 p.m.

We took advantage of the park and fly option. The location is terrific, the shuttle driver was prompt and courteous, and the price was reasonable!
 
 
 
We booked well in advance of our stay but when we arrived were given a handicap room, along with 2 drink tickets to the bar (should have been a clue). Bed was so-so (we ended up staying here on our return trip and "regular" room much better). Bathroom was, of course, handicap accessible which meant very limited sink space and tub floor was sloped (almost slipped getting out, kinda ironic). Best part was getting locked in room and almost missing shuttle to airport. Took a burly employee several shoulder blocks into the door to get the deadbolt loosened up enough to open door. Must say that return stay MUCH better, mainly due to front desk help, who remembered our situation and gave us a nice room discount.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Friendly staff, knowledgeable, efficient. Bar and restaurant was excellent. Clean and well equipped room.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Rooms were well kept and clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Only recommendation I would make is that hotel may want to extend coffee availability beyond 10:00 AM. We were surprised to find that there was no place to get coffee after the dining room closed for breakfast.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Staff was very friendly. Room is outdated and HVAC room system cover was falling off the wall. Bathroom light was extremely rusted. Room needs a do over but it is okay for a one night stay. Stay date was May 2017. Rating selection only let you put in up to March 2017......shows you that they are behind in room repairs and remodeling as well dab enigma behind on their website design reviews. They send you an email to rate the hotel and it asks you with a pull down menu to select your date. In only allows Tje latest date to select as March 2017. ???!!!!!!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
We were very pleased with our room. It was very comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay at Four Points by Sheraton again and will recommend it to our family and friends. In addition. the shuttle service to the airport, as well as our return, was convenient and efficient. May 2017
