We were generally pleased with the hotel. One serious miss: having a 10:45 flight, we left a wake-up call for 6:30. We were NEVER called! Fortunately we awoke early enough to get to the airport in time. When I asked the desk clerk about it, she said "The phone system was down." If this were the case, wouldn't the hotel have been responsible if we had not made our flight? Might they have knocked on the door?
