Very friendly and helpful staff Great for flying out the next and leaving your car The shuttle service was great Stayed March 2018
Stayed here for night before traveling out of the country. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. I left an envelope for my daughter who would be staying there 2 nights after me, they made sure it stayed safe and that she didn't forget to pick it up!
Double bed was hard for us to sleep in, but very clean. Great deal for 21 days of parking.
The room was clean and adequate for our purposes. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful. Parking lot was good for the duration of our vacation. Less than a ten minute shuttle ride to the airport.
Room was clean, bed comfortable great start for our vacation plus parking. Drop off and pickup worked well for us. March 2018
Average hotel, not the nicest looking.
Location, for people east of Toronto and flying out of Pearson, was good. Hotel was good value for the money. Food in the small restaurant, at the hotel, was very good. Shuttle service was fast and friendly. At 2 am I should have gotten directions on the easiest route to the 401, will know better next time..
Our experience was completely acceptable. We weren't looking for a 5star stay just a good place for a sleep, park, fly which this hotel is. The room was clean, the wake up call was timely. The transfers to and from the airport were excellent the drivers were friendly and helpful. Our only real complaint was when we checked in the clerk answered the phone and rather than put caller on hold or defer call to someone else he made us wait this seems to be a common occurrence these days which I consider to be very discourteous to customers.
Inexpensive, clean room, friendly staff. Perfect for overnight staff for early flight departure. Shuttle to and from airport on time with friendly driver.
This was once a grand hotel that now caters to a much more humble crowd. As many of the reviewer‘s have mentioned the rooms do need an update, the swimming pool appears to be permanently closed, and a large percentage of the people staying are colorful. But if you are on a tight budget you can’t beat the cost. I probably wouldn’t want to bring a family with small kids but OK for singles or couples. The parking lot was what was really packed and hard to find a parking. The staff is pleasant and do try to accommodate. Overall I would say if you can, spend the extra dollars and go elsewhere.
