hotel was hard to find, staff was good, shuttle service to and from airport worked great. grounds could be a little cleaner and better maintained. overall, good value for room and long term parking.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a food truck in the parking lot where we got a hamburger for dinner. We parked our car in their lot while we traveled. Everything was fine until we tried to get picked up at the airport when we came back. We waited over an hour. They are 10 minutes from the airport.
Was a good and pleasant stay for the money. Shuttle service to and from the cruise port was good and no problems in getting and using. I would highly recommend this motel for cruising and will use again if in the area.
Clean and friendly but needs better maintenance , bathroom light didn't work,.Wall light didn't work, no washcloths with towels. Bus to the airport was late. Beds were comfortable room was clean.April 2018
Our room was excellent! We traveled to Aruba for two weeks and left our truck at the Red Roof. Our experience was nothing less than perfect. We will definately be returning for our next flight from Miami as the airport is 5 minutes away as well. Our trip was April, 2018 not 2017
Nice, clean room. Travel to the airport was on time. Wait for the ride back was 40 minutes.
heater didn't work in the room, but it was probably like the one cold day of the year in Miami, otherwise it was nice, close to the airport.
Everything was satisfactory. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. We booked this hotel (and in the past) for the extended parking.
Room was clean and comfortable
We always choose this hotel for it's location near the cruise terminal with transportation to the terminal and access parking while on the cruise. But our son is in a wheelchair and the driver always gives us a hard time saying he cannot take him because he does not walk. We always carry him ourselves anyway and fold his chair, so no problem for the driver. We really think it's a fantastic deal except for that little inconvenience.
