We enjoyed our stay the night before flying out of Nashville very much!! Everyone was friendly and very helpful from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. They took us to a nearby restaurant for dinner that evening as well as round trip to the airport. We will definitely return the next time we fly out of the Nashville airport!!

Stayed one night prior to departure from BNA. The staff were all very professional, courteous and obviously well trained in their respective positions. The breakfast was very nice and the area was clean, neat and tidy. William, the shuttle driver was very engaging and professional, with a great sense of humor and seemed to really like his job.
