Hotel was perfect exactly as described however this site keeps your deposit and the hotel doesn’t authorize it to book them. Told me to report it as fraud. I emailed as we were out of country and haven’t heard a response. Beware!

Great service. The staff was super friendly. The airport shuttle runs 24x7 and the hotel is only a few minutes from th airport. The shuttle was about 10 minutes late picking us up from the airport at 1:15 AM but everything went smoothly. Nice hotel, very comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. I would reconmend the Sheraton if you need a place to stay while traveling through or around the toronto airport.

Everything went easy, from checking in to the shuttle. Only complaint is the thermostat was at 50deg. And room really was at 76. Too warm to sleep well. They should check it.

Room was nice and clean. Airport shuttle to the airport a breeze, airport shuttle from airport to hotel not so great the shuttle runs every 15min and 45 min on the hour but stops at Terminal 3 and then 1 by the time it gets to terminal 1 for pick up it is almost full and we had to take our luggage on the shuttle with us as did other people....no room to move. Should have shuttle that run at each Terminal.

Hotel shuttle service excellent. We arrived at 1am and called hotel. 10 minutes later shuttle was there. Nice rooms also I recommend strongly ??

We were so impressed with the whole experience at this hotel. We stayed for a night and left our car to park while we were out of the country. The Front Desk person was so friendly and welcoming. Access to the hotel, our rooms, and the parking lot was straightforward and uncomplicated. The Shuttle pick-up and drop-off, both to and from the airport, went very smoothly.

Superbe chambre, l’hôtel est tout prêt de l’aéroport et ils ouvrent le service de stationnement pour la durer de notre voyage! Nous avons commander un petit déjeuner à la chambre, la nourriture était excellente!

check in was quick. Room was clean and sheets/pillows were of high quality. Slept well in a very comfortable bed. Coffee was excellent but would have like enough for two cups each.
