This hotel is like brand new. It’s beautiful and clean. The service was amazing. Two small issues not enough towels, face clothes or toilet paper. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised when told there was not an airport shuttle, as we had seen online and also called the hotel prior to arriving! However, we had wonderful service from Kevin who did all he could to accommodate us. Overall a good stay.

Due to an impending snowstorm, we decided to drive to Boston the night before our flight as part of a park fly shuttle package. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we were told that they did not provide a shuttle to the airport!
