This hotel was nice, rooms were spacious and clean, if a little worn in the bathroom. They have a bar/restaurant downstairs with limited menu. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The shuttle driver was helpful as well, and only 10 min to airport. However the woman working the bar was the rudest, most unprofessional employee I had ever encountered. My mom asked for a print out menu bc she couldn’t read the screen and she threw it at her after saying “ it’s right there.” Then she proceeded to gossip with her coworker for 6 minutes before taking our order ( telling us that we needed to wait a minute). Then when they didn’t have half of an entree( no tomato soup for soup and sandwich) they offered chips or fries in place… I asked if the meal was cheaper bc it was missing soup and she got snarky and stated “ No we are giving you chips or fries(a side order) or you can just not get it.” Then I grabbed the wrong soda and asked to switch it and she rolled her eyes and threw up her hands. When we tried to split it with our debit cards she stated that she could t do that, so I did room charge. As I was grabbing our drinks, she snapped, “ you need to fill this out NOW.” I only gave her 10% tip bc we hadn’t gotten food at that point and I was worried what she would do to it. As it was, my Cobb salad tasted very dry and suspect.
