The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well locted. The front desk employees were helpful and courteous. I had 2 disappointments. My room (230) was missing one of the lamps beside the bed. The hole was there, just not the lamp. I wish the website had the hours of operation of the shuttle posted. I was disappointed to learn it would not start before 7 a.m. and that it ends by 11:30 p.m. My flight required me to arrive at the airport around 5 a.m., and I land back at 11:45 p.m. Thus the shuttle is not available neither time I need it. This option would have made a difference in the hotel I selected to meet my needs of park sleep fly.
