The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Dropping off our car and checking in to the hotel was easy and fast. The location is close to the airport and easy to get to. The shuttle service was very convenient and the drivers were friendly and helpful. It was a great place to park our car while we were away. We arrived early , before check in time . When we told the check in staff that we were tired after a 9 hour flight they were able to quickly check with the cleaning staff and find us a room. The room was a little dated and in need of a renovation . The air conditioner did work to keep the room cool on a hot day but it was rather old and noisy. The shower had lots of hot water but the controls for the water were confusing and difficult to use.

Comfortable room. Disappointed in length of time it took to contact hotel, put on hold for 20 minutes. Then it took about 45 minutes for shuttle to arrive. I would like to see that process streamlined better.

Easy to drive to from out of town and cares for the vehicle up to 15 days! Room was clean and extremely quiet! Wouldn’t know the airport was next door.

We stayed at Sandman before flying to Playa Del Carmen. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Our flight was delayed 3 times and they were accommodating with the shuttle. The wake up calls and 24 hour service made everything easier. The pool was pretty chilly and the hot tub was broken so that was a disappointment. Overall I would recommend this hotel!
