This hotel is nicely decorated, and close to the airport. The room is a decent size, the bathroom is nice and modern, but we couldn\'t get the room to cool down enough to get a truly restful sleep (in the middle of winter). Staff were friendly and organizing a shuttle to get to the airport was no problem, picking one up on our return was an issue. Our flight landed at around 2:30am, almost 5 hours delayed, amid snowstorm chaos. We followed the instructions and called the hotel once we had collected our luggage, but nobody answered the phone. We called multiple times over 30 mins. Eventually we gave up and booked an Uber.

We only stayed 1 nights at the beginning of our holiday. The hotel nice, staff was very friendly. But after along day of travel, it would be nice if you had a little store/ restaurant that we could sit relax and have a muffin and a coffee to relax. We did eat at the restaurant but, didn’t want to go there just for coffee also. We couldn’t get any ice and I will not use my credit card to buy a chocolate bar or chips. All in all it was good just not able get snacks

It was a smart move to book a hotel that you can have a room at the beginning and end of your trip, have a place to park your car and have a shuttle take you to and from the airport! Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms.

The hotel was fine and convenient, however my car\'s Catalytic converter was cut off during my parking period at the hotel. Also, the bathroom door would not fully close.
