From check in to check out , everything was handled professionally . Staff was very friendly, offered suggestions and helped with our questions. Service was far beyond other hotels.

Everything was great and the receptionist was exceptional. She went above and beyond in making our stay great. We were using the park and cruise service and due to weather, our boarding time was delayed multiple times. After 8 hours we were told to come to the port, during this delay we were allowed to stay in the breakfast area. Transportation was arranged for us after this long delay.

Staff was super friendly, especially Mark our shuttle driver to the airport at 4:30 in the am. The rooms were clean and it was super close to a huge mall, restaurants, and the airport.I was surprised to find a nice pick and go breakfast assortment available for us that early in the morning outside of their regular continental breakfast. Plus free week parking! I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again!

this was just and overnight stay and parking for 6 days since we were going on a cruise. The hotel was very nice and we appreciated being able to park at the hotel. They provided a shuttle to and from the cruise port which was very convenient. Would use this service again.

The title says it all as it’s easy and convenient especially if you have an early morning flight. Front desk folks were all very informative and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shout out to Mark our shuttle driver , what a nice person, who we had going and returning. Mark has been with Hampton Inn for 17 years which is a testament to the organization and the type of people working there. We will be back for our next trip.
