Where do I start and end…. Two Holiday Inn’s very close together. GPS brought us to 1014 on Airport Road and not 930 (which we booked and confirmed). Girl at the desk of 1014 decided to switch us, causing a major problem with shuttle service to RDU. Only good thing was Nia (Nya) at 930 and both drivers of the shuttle. Our experience was not at all a pleasant. Ratings are for 930

Easy to access shuttle service to airport. Room comfortable, clean and quiet. Ride to and from airport timely. HOWEVER your website offers 24 hour shuttle service but the morning driver said it started at 4 am--a bit tight for a 5 am flight but I had TSA precheck and made it to the gate as they were boarding. Please revise that information on your web site because that is why I chose to stay there in the first place. Plan to stay again with my next travels

Great hotel and service. The only drawback was the Park, sleep,fly website indicated that the airport shuttle was available 24 hrs a day, and unfortunately that is not true. The shuttle runs from 4AM-1AM, our flight boarded at 4:20. We had to make an Uber reservation to be transported to the airport. The hotel manager was so awesome and paid for our Uber!

Excellent; however, our itinerary changed due to a flight delay and we did not have a local number to call the Holiday Inn to talk with them about our return reservation. We were traveling internationally overnight and on the weekend. Called the toll free number but received a message saying the office was closed. As soon as we were back in the states, I continued to call the toll free number and received the same message. By the time I finally reached someone at the toll free number, we were told our 24-hour notice to make changes in our reservation was no longer available. The online reservation did not alert me to take the local Holiday Inn phone number where we parked and I did not have internet access to locate the number. IE and Google search engines were blocked by the country we were travel in and those were the only search engines we had on our laptop. Despite all this, the stay at the Holiday Inn RDU was clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Shuttle drivers were excellent and personable!
