Your site said shuttle ran 24 hours. We needed shuttle at 5:30 am but they told me it didn’t start until 6:00 am. So we had to take a taxi, thereby negating the advantage of booking through your site.

The room was splendid and very nicely appointed. However, we were very disappointed to learn that they did not offer the 24hour airport shuttle that was advertised on the hotel web-site. That was the primary reason for booking this hotel. I totally understand that COVID impacted the hotel and travel industry, but an effort needs to be made to keep information up to date so that potential customers can make informed decisions.
