I stayed at the hotel coming home from an international trip late at night; Unfortunately my luggage didn?t make it. The front desk staff were very kind and supportive to help me get what I needed so I could get a decent night?s sleep!

All staff interactions were positive. Bed was comfortable. Mechanical problem with HVAC in our room making loud noise when cycling on and off but we didn’t get in until 2am and it wasn’t cold in room so we just shut it off for the night and reported to front desk in morning. No harm no foul. Probably a bit overpriced but hard to find a park and fly with 11 days included in PDX area with 24 hour shuttle so here we are

Quick easy check-in and service in the restaurant. The basics: bedding, shower & food were very high quality. Shuttle was there in minutes for an easy transfer to the airport.

Excellent location, lounge and club room facilities. Super nice and efficient front desk staff. Cleaning staff could use a checklist to make sure all items in the room are cleaned.

The hotel is close to airport, the shuttle was quick & simple. The room is small but comfortable. The only thing that really stood out to me was the lack of curb appeal. The inside is great, maybe a little older but still quite grand & comfortable while feeling upscale. The outside leaves a little to be desired.
