Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Small kitchen set up is a plus. The window opened, another plus. Staff was friendly and efficient. They have their own shuttle - a major plus. No waiting for others to be picked up or dropped off. Parking is easy.

The bed was comfortable, the bed was shoved in acorner, with a cloth recliner taking up too much room. I would not sit on it. The tv was very small and the stove top did not work. I called the day my flight was coming in because I was going to be much later than expected and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I was told to just call when I got in. My flight arrived just prior to midnight, I called for piup and was told they did not pick-up after mid-night. Stuck at the airport with no pick-up in sight, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. There was no offer of anything for my inconveince and not being told when I called the first time that they would not pick me up,
