It was a very good introduction, the Fairfield Inn is adjacent to the indoor parking garage so it is a super easy walk to and from the terminal which is what I did, but there is a shuttle if you had a lot of luggage or it was pouring rain. The shuttle to and from the long term parking and the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is available extra early. The rooms were queit and clean, and most important the the front desk staff, in particular Ms. Chardonnay, easy name to remember was very friendly and helpful as I was whooped coming during arctic blast just after dark, and my first use of ROC. The hotel was neat and tidy The front desk staff was helpful in showing me where to park my car. The room was clean and neat, and the light in the tub area was unique. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled beautiful.
