Everything was great about the hotel the only let down was no shuttle service due to Chinese flu and no restaurant due to Chinese flu there was no heads up on the website about this, as we were travelling we were surprised To learn of cancelled services upon arrival. This all adds up to extra expenses out of pocket,

Courteous, efficient check in, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and 10 days parking included in a reasonable price. The shuttles and shuttle drivers were excellent. We were very satisfied.

This hotel has great staff who want to help you to have a comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the pool was great too. The only thing that I was surprised with, is that the SHUTTLE only runs from 6am. Our flight was at 730am and so we had to pay extra for an Uber. Wish that I had noticed this in bold on the website. It probably would be a deal breaker for me in the future for park, sleep and fly.

My wife and I had a very nice room. It, as well as the lobby was very clean. These were the only two areas we saw. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport at 3 a.m. the next morning. I must have missed the airport shuttle hours when I checked their website. Returning a week later from the airport, we called for the shuttle and he was there quickly. Very pleasant driver and took us right to our car.

Hotel was easy to get to, room was nice and access to airport is a short distance. When we checked in we found out the shuttle was full at the time we needed to go, so they offered us a free taxi shuttle. Pickup was only a 15 minute wait when returning. We would definitely stay here again.
