This place was great. Very clean. Staff was on top of things and responsive and we parked our car there for our flight out of San Jose. We would do it again. No brainer.

We stayed here on the park-stay-fly program, and we were very pleased. The room was clean and well maintained. We were able to park in a spot that was well lit and in a highly visible area. The airport shuttle was running late when it was time for us to leave, so the staff arranged for a cab to take us to the airport at the hotel’s expense. Upon our return, the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was served in the lobby and Starbucks and other fast food restaurants are easy to access in their adjoining parking lot. It is near the San Jose Airport, but I did not hear any airplane noise. They kept my car for 14 days free of charge, and provided shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttle service does not run 24 hours, but they picked me up at the airport anyway when my plane landed in-between the posted hours. The only negative is the lack of a designated secure lot for long term parking, but after two weeks, my car was safe in the general lot. I was told they have security patrolling.

I was assisted by a friendly ,helpful staff at check in in and when I realized l’d ocked my keys in my car they were very helpful and assisted me while I waited for AAA. I had experienced a very long day and was exhausted and they really made the difference.
