Kathy at the front desk was so wonderful. She was so helpful when our flight was canceled. She was the epitome of excellent customer service. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. My 10 year old enjoyed the pool and Carolyn the shuttle driver was fantastic and gave us some great suggestions. We will stay here next time we are in the area

My only complaint is that the tissues seem to be made out of sandpaper. I’m sure Hilton could afford a better, softer brand of facial tissue.
