Extremely nice and accommodating staff. I arrived at 10 am in a snow storm. They got me right into my room, arranged a shuttle to the airport the next day and answered all of my questions. There is no in hotel restaurant. An Uno is half a block away.

We have just concluded that Four Points by Sheraton Logan is our favorite park-n-fly! It is easily found, clean, quiet and comfortable and the shuttle runs 24/7 and is quick to get there. What raises the Four Points to an even higher level though is the staff. They are welcoming, warm and friendly and this means so much when you are on the road. We were especially impressed by Ezekiel who drove the shuttle both ways. He couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and was so quick to pick us up and help with our bags. When he dropped us early this morning for our car, we agreed that we will be staying here and recommending it to family and friends in the future. Kudos to Four Points for having such a great staff!

Overall everything was nice, clean, check in is easy. Don’t forget to snap a picture Of Your License plate or memorize it. Shuttle was on time and driver was nice, easy checkout. Better lighting in the parking lot would be nice though

The location is easy to get to and close to everything, walking distance to grab dinner. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport right on schedule and got us to the airport in a breeze
