I needed some late-night milk for my small children, and they went in back and got it for me. Otherwise, the rooms were what I expected, and the kids enjoyed the breakfast!

We stayed at the hotel at the beginning our trip and parked there while we were away. Shuttle picks up multiple hotels in the area so allow time for your party to not make the first shuttle.

The check in at front desk was easy and young man was friendly. The room was clean and up to date with nice decor. The bathroom was great looking . I liked the fact that shampoo, conditioner & body wash were in large bottles ( thus more environmentally friendly). The breakfast had many good options - both hot & cold. We especially appreciated the friendliness of Cindy (breakfast attendant). She is an asset to this hotel. Since we did the Park, Sleep & Fly program, we took the shuttle to Midway Airport. Our driver was very helpful in lifting our heavy luggage for us. I would stay here again & highly recommend Fairfield Inn for travelers!

It was great to be able to park our car for the time we had planned to be out of the area and spend the night before our early morning flight. The folks were very helpful at recommending a place to eat and also advising of the time of the shuttle to and from the airport.
