We got in from Mexico City very early in the morning, and were able to get a quick ride to the hotel. The front desk lady was very cheerful and efficient. The room is clean and bed very comfortable. The morning breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, lots of choices and hot food.

My husband & I arrived in the afternoon prior to our early flight out the next morning! Our room was clean, very nice. We had supper at Bar Louie, right there at the hotel~ very good! We parked our car at the hotel, of course. We took the hotel shuttle to airport@ 4:30am & I forgot my med in the frig, so the shuttle driver brought us back to the hotel & returned us to the airport in excellent time:) When we came back to O'Hare after 1:00am, I called the front desk & the shuttle again came & picked us up! Had an excellent breakfast at Bar Louie again later in the morning & headed home!!
