Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport OKLAHOMA CITY

We had to cancel our trip due to hurricane Ian, and I tried for 3 days to calm this place to cancel, no answer. Left messages, no call back. Tried to cancel online, wasn’t an option. I’m disgusted that I was charged for something I had no control or help in canceling. I’m sure the hotel is fine, but I wouldn’t know.

The website did not indicate that the hotel was not offering a shuttle service to the airport due to Covid. That is the only reason for staying there. Thankfully the front desk made a phone call to have a cab waiting for us in the morning. Though it was left to me to find a ride back to the hotel once my daughter and I returned. I didn\'t expect to put out additional monies for transportation.
