Staff were all friendly and nice. My car is still there, did park and fly. So I can’t give full evaluation until I get my car upon return.

Great staff, rooms could use a little refresh, but overall great park and fly stay.

Great location and value for park & fly Accomodations.

Booked one night stay before our early morning flight with 14 days covered parking. Everything went well, Rafika at desk very charming, helpful and welcoming. She\'s a keeper! Room is nice and clean, love the separate sitting room and the included warm buffet breakfast. Shuttle to SFO the next morning was most convenient. Too bad it does not run between 9-5 pm. We had to take a cab from a grumpy driver on our return after 10 am. Otherwise, this is the place to park, sleep and fly out of SFO!

I purchased a package to stay at this hotel near SFO and park my car for up to 7 days. The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and I loved having a separate sitting area with desk. My only complaint was about the bathroom. The door was broken and couldn\'t be locked - the mechanism to slide it closed was precariously loose and could have fallen off. I was given an accessible room, but wasn\'t asked beforehand whether that was acceptable. It was only for one night, so I didn\'t ask for a different room. The shower had an adjustable shower head designed for someone in a wheelchair, so it could only be raised a limited height. I\'m 5\'2", so it was OK. But anyone taller than that would have problems getting under the shower head. The hotel is in a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We met family members across the street at a great Chinese restaurant, Cheung Hing. Overall, it was a good experience and I\'d stay there the next time I need to get up early for a flight out of SFO.

Easy check in, easy check out. Shuttle arrived on time. Arrived at the airport way ahead of what I wanted to for an 8 a.m. flight. I was given a choice of 6 a.m. or 7 a.m.

Clean rooms and great service! People were friendly, but one employee stood out in particular - Amber. I will certainly come and stay again! Just note that there is no pool or spa at this location, but still convenient and a great value.

We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very friendly, even called our room be make sure everything was as we expected. The rooms were clean and updated. We will definitely stay here again.
