Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport, an IHG Hotel LOS ANGELES

I chose this hotel for the Park. Sleep Fly option and it provides everything you need. The hotel itself is a little old and so set your expectations there. However, it?s clean and decent bedding and it?s minutes from the airport and the service from the staff provided is excellent!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and easy to use after a long day's travel. Shuttle was convenient - did not have to wait as I was told the wait could be up to 30 minutes so plan accordingly. The only problem I encountered was a leaky, broken toilet which I reported immediately upon getting into the room and it was fixed immediately.

We stayed here under their "park and fly" program. We stayed one night and are parking for 7 days free undercover. Shuttle to airport was prompt and easy. All staff we dealt with was friendly. The room was adequate. The restaurant food was quite good (chicken tender appetizer and southwest chopped salad.) All in all a good experience.

All things considered, this was a great value! Check-in was quick, the room was clean, good hotel amenities (bar, coffee shop). Parking was underground, which was nice. The shuttle took a little longer than expected, both going to the airport and being picked up from the airport. Part of that problem was due to construction at LAX. The only slight inconvenience was picking up my car: I had to wait 20+ minutes in line at the registration desk to get an updated parking ticket in order to exit the parking garage.

Comfortable room good food and excellent service

Sort of a long walk to our room, but every employee we met up with was super friendly and helpful. Front desk attendant made checking in an actual fun experience! We left our vehicle in the parking area for 5 nights with no problems. The woman shuttle driver to the airport was super friendly, funny, and helpful.

We arrived very early after a 14 hour flight and the front desk attendant was very helpful in trying to get us in early (We had used Park and Stay and left our car there seven days before) We had to wait in a very nice lobby for about an hour, but it was comfortable and we were notified as soon as a room became available. Our main reason for staying was to rest up after our trip before driving home. The room was large and comfortable. The beds (after the flight) were wonderful. We slept the day away and went down for Happy Hour which, due to construction, was not "happy". It was well after five p.m. but they were still drilling and the sounds filled the entire restaurant. It sounded like a dentist and although the waiter said he would see what he could do, it continued. Too bad, because the food was great and we really would have liked to have stayed longer.
