Residence Inn by Marriott Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre West MISSISSAUGA

Our family (7) stayed overnight at the Residence Inn Mississauga arriving after a very late flight in two room. Parking for our car was attached to one of the rooms under the ParkSleepFly option. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that even though the rooms were booked for 4 and 3 respectively the sofa bed that was obviously going to be used was unmade and on our arrival at 2 am was disappointed that we had to find the bedding and make the bed when were all very tired from a long international flight. Luckily we were able to get several hours sleep before going to the restaurant room for breakfast. We were greeted by a very cheerful woman who was very helpful and took great pride in her work involving the complimentary breakfast. The food offerings were great, freshly cooked and very nutritious. The morning staff was far more welcoming than our late night receptionist. The only suggestion we would make would be to be aware of the number of people using the room and make sure the sofa beds are made and towels provided match the number of guests. Thank you.

There is construction happening around the hotel. Check in by Channell was efficient, friendly and professional. We asked to have a taxi as we needed to be at the airport prior to 7am, we were advised the cost of the taxi would be covered by the hotel as it turned out it was not. Our only disappointment

Rooms were spotless, comfortable, spacious and included everything you need for a long or short stopover. Staff was very attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. Online booking and registration was seamless and easy We parked there for a couple of weeks and chose to book the room for the return leg of the trip to Singapore; the hotel staff was very accommodating with this. This proved to be better option than airport parking alone; excellent value with complimentary breakfast which was standard hotel fare but substantial enough with plenty of fresh cooked food, cereals, tea, coffee and juices. Information on contacting shuttle was sparse and upon our return I tried to contact the hotel but was continuously bounced to the US customer service, they were extremely helpful and provided me with the shuttle number. I would suggest having this number on the paperwork provided to guests at registration making it an easier process than contacting US customer service. Despite this minor glitch, I would still give five stars for everything and look forward to using Residence Inns by Marriott, 5070 Creekbank, Mississauga on our next trip.

Very nice, very clean, friendly staff. Great room. They did forget that there was a shuttle to be booked for us and had no driver in the a.m.. They had a paid taxi for us in 10 minutes so not a big deal in the end result.

Friendly, competent staff. Really appreciated the warm welcome at 1 am. Spacious room. Limited but good menu at the Bistro. 2 week on-site parking was a big factor. Shuttle service was closed, so the hotel reimbursed the cost of the taxi.

Clean big rooms and easy to park and leave your car for a week. Will definitely return..

We chose to stayed here for a sleep park and fly. As it was very reasonable. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. We were able to leave our car on site for all 2 weeks which was nice.. the only snag was we needed to be at the airport earlier then the shuttle starts ( we didn’t know it didn’t run earlier then 6 am when we booked the room) Joan was very professional and said to leave it with her. After talking with her manager they gave us a taxi for free! It was very prompt and even a bit earlier than we ordered it for. We also couldn’t take advantage of the morning breakfast so they gave us some snacks and the night manager still offered us a coffee… those little things matter and They took care of us…Good customer service! We will stay again

Large, pleasant room. Well equipped. Parking was easy as it is on site. Had an entertains evening in the Bistro . Food was good but very limited.

The only problem was the airport taxi did not show up to pick us up.
