Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe CHARLOTTE

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The sitting area, work space and beverage area were excellent. The hotel is stylish and everything looked fresh and well maintained. And the staff were efficient and friendly. The location provided excellent proximity to CLT and the shuttle was great, perfectly on time.

Hotel was wonderful, the staff were gracious and accommodating, couldn’t have asked for a better night in preparation for a long trip overseas. Highly recommend
