We left our car and booked the park then stay. The shuttle was a short wait but brought us to the departure gate quickly. Upon returning, there was a miscommunication about where to be picked up but after calling, and being informed of the pick up point which was not outside the baggage area but upstairs we were then picked up and promptly dropped at the hotel. The hotel room was very nicely appointed and we were happy with the room and spacious bathroom. We did have to wait quite a while to check in but the single staff person was juggling a lot of things at one time. And with COVID it seemed understaffed. She was polite when it was out turn. We had arrived late so the woman on the desk suggested ordering from Bridge Pizza. They arrived quickly with a scrumptious pizza. Very clean room. Beds were very comfortable, shower warm and perfect. The next morning the food was good, hot coffee, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon. And breakfast space was clean and efficiently run. Our car was in good shape considering the snow storms that had happened while we were away. Did not take long to get out. This was a good stay after a long flight. Would stay again.
