Perfect place to stay when flying out of IAD. Friendly people, great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Room was fine, breakfast ok, great sleep, park, and fly rate. Had a little problem getting the shuttle in a timely manner upon return.

All was great until return to Dulles - had to call & wait for shuttle, this added quite a bit of time to the morning. Would have been nice to have shuttle there at airport like other hotels were doing. Otherwise, all services were very good.

We try to always stay here whenever possible because of the way the staff goes above and beyond every time. We had reservations for Park, Sleep, Fly and were already on our trip. The day we were due to fly back, our flight was canceled due to the earthquake that struck Myanmar and Thailand. Our flight wasn't rebooked for two days. I reached out to customer support via the chat feature and the agent was able to help me rebook my stay so we didn't loose our reservations without any hesitation after she first made sure we were all safe and okay. Once we arrived at the hotel after the shuttle picked us up, the staff member helped us check in and even fixed an issue with our rooms that somehow got mixed up in the shuffle of extending the reservation. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and is much needed after a 22 hour flight. We will continue to stay here and recommend to everyone we know because of the outstanding service we have always been given.

Very convenient to Dulles, nice rooms, quiet. The breakfast is disappointing.

Rooms were spacious and in good condition, the staff was super nice. It’s in a pretty decent residential neighborhood. The shower was a trickle, otherwise very nice place.
