Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport -North STERLING

Everything worked. Everything speedy. Nice room. Convienent parking. Timely shuttle.

Great place to stay. Excellent room and service. The lady at check in went way beyond the call of duty to help us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect end to an extended holiday; a well-timed place to rest. The Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport-North hotel exceeded our expectations.

room was nice, the bar area was great and the breakfast was perfect before catching a flight.

Room was very nice. The only issue was that the dishwasher had not been run and there were dirty dishes left. When we opened the dishwasher the first (and only!) time, the smell was horrible! Someone obviously forgot to run the dishwasher!

Overall the room was neat and clean. Unable to see TV from bed without pulling out stand and turning TV. Even then it was on an angle. We stayed to sleep park and fly for a week. On arrival, the desk clerk told us that due to low volume from Covid 19, the shuttle hours were reduced to 8am to 10pm. This came as a surprise to us as we had to be at IAD at 6:20 am and we\'re returning after 10pm. We had to call and pay for a Lyft each way. Just consider the extra $30 when comparing to other park sleep and fly hotels in the area.

Awesome breakfast. Shuttle got us to the airport easily and right on time. Everyone was super polite and helpful. No more driving to Dulles and looking for a place to park. Totally stress free way to travel.

The Hyatt is wonderful! It's in an excellent location if you're flying out of Dulles. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and the driver was polite and prompt. The room was comfortable and quiet, and all of the amenities were up-to-date. There is a business center to print boarding passes (for free!), and there is a wide variety of breakfast items in the morning. We were able to grab coffee and snacks prior to our 6 a.m. shuttle departure. The hotel is only 7 minutes from Dulles, and it's easy to access. There is a Sheetz convenience store next door, and that's an added plus!
