Holiday Inn Express Saugus Logan Airport, an IHG Hotel SAUGUS

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet — everything one wants in hotel room. The bedding was luxurious— higher quality than I expected. The staff was courteous and kind. I left my car there for a week. If I come back and it’s still there, they have fulfilled their mission and promise of Sleep and Park.

Stayed night before an early morning flight and parked car in the garage for 8 nights. Room was decent, left too early for breakfast, price was ok but this hotel in relation to Logan airport was not our first choice. Room was average although bathroom floor tile was freezing. Check in was quick. Morning desk clerk had no idea what elevator access code was but gave us an old code that did work. There is no airport shuttle and hotel recommend Yellow Cab for airport trip ($35). Called a month before to schedule a round trip pickup. We called the night before to reconfirm but they couldn’t find our info until after we gave it to them again. Pickup to airport was perfect. When we called for our return pickup from airport to hotel we got an answering service that had no idea what we were talking about. In summation hotel was average but beware their relationship with Yellow Cab, they are unreliable.

Beware , there is NO airport shuttle , nor has there been for 2 years according to the manager. There is a taxi for $35 to the airport , then $35 back to your car.

Always a clean and friendly stay. The breakfast is always great and the staff is very nice. The shuttle driver who is on mornings is very nice and very helpful! That is why I come back year after year.
