The facilities themselves were good. Check-in process was easy. But, we booked here because we could leave our car here while we were on a cruise and that the hotel would provide shuttle service to the port. There is no secure parking and it was emphasized that they are not responsible, at all, if anything happens. They didn’t even want information about the car. The second problem was there is no shuttle to the ship. So we had to pay for transportation. The $10 per person breakfast wasn’t worth it. Scrambled eggs in a box. There was very nice male housekeeper/maintenance man that we enjoyed talking to.
