Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis Airport, an IHG Hotel ST LOUIS

We used the Airport pick up service. It was cold outside and we did not have to wait long. Quick and fast check in. The young lady helped us get to our room quickly. The room was comfortable and inviting. We used the parking lot for out car while we were out of town.

We are so grateful that we could leave our car at the Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis Airport while we traveled in the West. And having the shuttle arrive automatically when we flew back in was wonderful. The hotel staff were outstanding -- helpful, polite, knowledgeable. The bed and pillows were the best on our entire trip and the breakfast was sumptuous. And on top of that, I feel it was a very good value. Thank you!

Great park and fly option

From checking in to leaving in the shuttle we found this hotel to be a great place to stay. The young lady at the desk when we checked was warm and friendly- making you feel welcome. The parking for the park and fly was close and easy. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean. We enjoyed a quick meal at their bar and again found the workers at the bar to be awesome. We would highly recommend this hotel

The room was clean. the parking was a little bit confusing but was able figured it out. my truck was just no damage on it. getting picked up was just a phone call and the driver was at airport in 30 minutes

Solo traveler night before early morning flight - Christopher checked me in very promptly and efficiently, get me squared away with gated lot, and plenty of info about dinner options! My meal came quickly, was tasty, and very generous portions. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable! Shuttle was prompt, driver knowledgeable and friendly and addressed my questions about how to get back when I return! Well worth the very reasonable cost!
