I arrived very late (after midnight) on the night of my check-in and was only staying for one night. The front desk personnel (maybe Patrick? I forgot his name!) was extremely kind and thoughtful, even offering to give me late checkout free of charge so that I wouldn\'t be rushed the next day. The room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was great.

Lovely spacious room! Front desk staff exceptional! My husband & I were there 2 nights before flying out of Vegas! Disappointed that shuttle doesn’t go earlier than 7, website said 24 hour service! Uber was super expensive!! Ken was great though when he drove us elsewhere! An on-site restaurant would have been great! No place close and the affiliated property’s restaurant has a very limited menu selection! Also for heaven’s sake change the refrigerator door so it opens the proper direction!!!!

Absolutely loved Patrick. Upon check in showed superior customer service. The only thing is we wished the breakfast was served earlier since we had an early flight....

Vanessa at the front desk is so super nice and helpful and Ken the shuttle driver is amazing!

I booked this hotel because the site stayed that there was 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport . What a disappointment to find that I still had to get an Uber at prime rates not coming and going . Hilton needs to keep their website more current. I was not offered any compensation for my trouble. Doubt I will stay here again.
