Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport, an IHG Hotel MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS

Room was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and rhe Airport shuttle service was just what i was looking for.

Good check-in experience; clean, comfortable room; easy long-term parking; good restaurant with friendly, knowledgeable staff and good food.

When I walked in guy very friendly explained everything. Told me where I could get dinner, park my car etc restaurant girl friendly food good.

Used the park and stay featured. Chose it because it advertised airport pick at any time of day. Others offered pick up u til 9 or 10 PM. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Very clean. Will stay there again.

Room was clean and relatively updated. Shuttle service was really good.

Excellent Value for Park/Fly/Stay.

We chose a Park and Stay at the Crowne Plaza over the Feb. winter break. We parked our car on a Sat. and were transported to the Airport very promptly after check-in. The following Friday we were picked up at the airport within minutes of our call, and spent the night at the CP. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I can\'t say enough about everyone employed there, from the drivers to the wait staff and front desk employees. It\'s always nice to chat with genuinely friendly people in the service industry, and the staff at the CP made our stay. The room itself was just average, which is why I\'m giving the four star rating. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but everything was clean and well taken care of. We swam in the pool at night and used the sauna which was nice to enjoy in the winter. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would stay here again if we ever choose to fly out of Cleveland airport in the future.
