Holiday Inn Grand Rapids-Airport, an IHG Hotel KENTWOOD

Nice clean room. Quiet. Had an early flight so cannot comment on the breakfast. Very fast check in. Staff friendly and welcoming. Second stay at this hotel and will be returning here whenever we fly out of Grand Rapids.

Best hotel for my needs: Great room, pool for my granddaughter, restaurant, transportation to the airport was both timely and professional

The room was very clean and welcoming. Upon check, Daniel the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and courteous. The shuttle service was right on time and the driver also was very courteous. Everything made for a very nice stay.

This is the best way to travel. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful. I left my car for 7 days and rode to the airport. When I arrived back to Grand Rapids, I just called the number they had given me and the shuttle was there waiting for me. The night person was so much fun and just made you feel so welcomed and special. I will definitely do this again. Hotel room was clean and very comfortable.

Comfortable clean room, quiet at night.

I had requested a first floor room because of my spouses disabilities. Not getting that a handicapped room was made available. The second floor is laid out like a maize with the room being some distance from the elevator. It was way too far for him to walk comfortably.

The rooms were great. The bed was so comfortable…the staff were very accommodating.can’t remembet the bartenders name but super friendly …will definitely stay there the next time I travel!!!
