Hyatt Place Charleston Airport / Convention Center NORTH CHARLESTON

The room was fine. We booked park and ride and there was no transport to and from the hotel. We were told that there was no shuttle but we saw it the next morning but were unable to use it.

I was only there for one night but I enjoyed my stay. I chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the Charleston airport and also because they offer longer term parking, which saved me money by not having to pay for airport parking. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The front desk staff I interacted with were all very courteous and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed and more. The only reason I deducted one star is because they don\'t offer airport shuttle service. Being that close to the airport , that would be a very helpful amenity! But with that being said, I would stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was great. Clean, room spacious. Issue with the non-existent shuttle service. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the advertised 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, which they don’t provide. Had to pay for a $28 Uber ride. Also think we were overcharged for the room and will look into this .

While your listing of this facility states 24/7 airport shuttle it turns out that it is a third party private company. It cost $28 to go the couple of miles to the airport!

Just an overnight but staff very friendly and helpful! Room was very comfortable, clean , quiet with all amenities one needs. Shuttle right on time for service to the airport! Felt confident that my vehicle will be safe parked there until I return! Wonderful that this is offered up to 14 days!

This property was clean and inviting. Staff was masked behind plexiglass shields. Everyone was friendly. The necessary COVID restrictions continue to make me wish for pre-COVID amenities, but I can live with the necessary restrictions like no newspapers and reduced availability for a decent breakfast (although Hyatt did a reasonable facsimile), until the COVID threat eases, if it ever does. Hyatt did an excellent job of meeting my expectations.

We stayed prior to an international trip and enjoyed a clean, friendly environment with 6 am breakfast and timely shuttle to the airport.
