Aloft by Marriott Reno Tahoe International Airport RENO

The hotel was perfect. The rooms designed so well and homey yet fun. Great beds.

This was an enjoyable one night stay before heading out for a mini-vacation. My main reason was the location for a shuttle to/from airport for an 0530 flight out. The shuttle was so convenient especially on my return. I called the hotel to let them know I needed a ride and they promptly sent the shuttle in about 10 minutes. Quite surprised and welcomed after a long day in airports. And also enjoyed a beer at the bar.

The hotel and staff were great, BUT.....the transportation from the hotel to the pier was ridiculous....the company didn\'t care what time you were to be at the port for check in. We actually didn\'t utilize them on our return, we took a cab. I would recommend you getting a new transportation company or when guests are given a time for the transportation at check in, it is honored by the company and additional check in with them is not required.
