Sonesta Atlanta Airport North ATLANTA

Hotel team very welcoming. Parking there for a trip out of Atlanta is easy. Good shuttle service. Rooms could be updated but are basic and clean. Lots of restaurants in the area for a quick meal. Highly recommend the property.

Hotel was close to airport, room was ok, shuttle service was great.

We were excited to find this beautiful property so close to the ATL airport. Parking our car for 12 days felt safe in the well guarded parking areas. Room was clean and perfect for our pre travel needs. The shuttle was so convenient.

The stay was great. Friendly people and clean rooms. The shuttle to airport was easy. The shuttle back was not good. They say they pick up between 9 and 11 signs but when they pick up people way in the back and then just drive by other people waiting in the right spot that’s not good. The driver needs to know there job. Cost me a lot of time especially when I have a 2 hour drive from the airport.

Great place to stay and park.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was clean and very nice looking. All questions were answered for us and special effort was given to us feel at home.

Customer service at check in and parking was great. They were very busy, but very courteous. I was a little iffy about walking to a restaurant.

Good except I got charged twice for 2 Bud Lie beers at the bar ($13.05 and again $15.04).

The registration and checkout was seamless. The staff was very accommodating . The room was in excellent shape and very clean and quite.

The room and customer service was fantastic. My issue is with shuttle. We waited outside airport for over 40 minutes, in 28 degree wind chill weather. Finally, another hotel offered to transport us to Sonesta where we saw shuttle still sitting there. Aggravating, to say the least.
