Comfort Inn & Suites LaGuardia Airport MASPETH

I was informed at check-in that this hotel no longer participates in the park sleep hotel program. I ended up having to pay them an additional $200 to park my car there during my trip. We were also disappointed that they discontinued their airport shuttle.

Thanks be given, finding the hotel was so easy. And parking a snap.

Very large room and very helpful front desk people! The parking lot was very full, but luckily we were able to find a spot when someone left. New front desk person didn’t know how to handle the parking, but a call to the hotel the next morning had everything resolved very efficiently. We were even able to check in early. Clean and efficient. Ezra, our driver, was excellent..

Park and stay hotel before a flight. The actual hotel is older and could use some updates but it was very clean and had everything we needed. A little further from the airport but the price can\'t be beat. With the shuttle, didn\'t really matter. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the hotel and desk service. COVID killed our shuttle experience. Couldn’t use the shuttle in the AM, flight left at 7:00. They don’t start till 7. Very bad experience on the return shuttle from the airport. Waited an hour for our driver that was very rude on the phone before he picked us up.

The hotel ever all was okay. The room was clean, bed comfy but rugs need replacing. Hallway smelled of cigarettes but room did not. My issue was I called to verify a shuttle for my 7:30 flight and they said their shuttle was working. However it didn\'t start until 7am and I had to get a taxi.

Stayed here the night before my flight with Stay & Park deal. Staff was nice and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttled to airport the next morning with no problems.

The hotel itself is convenient & easy to get to. I had made a reservation to stay one night and leave my car there - I was gone for 5 nights. At the hotel I was able to leave the car "if there is a space out there...." I kind of questioned what would happen if there wasn't a space since I made a reservation. Didn't get a reply back, just a smirk on employee's face. BIG NOTE TO PAY ATTENTION TO: The hotel's shuttle to the airport didn't start until AFTER I had to be at the airport so I was forced to pay for a taxi to get there. If you need to be there before 5 am take note. I was not a happy customer having to pay $25 plus tip to get to the airport.
