I got stranded in the hotel over Christmas break. I was glad to have a room and a bed instead of being in an airport. I had to extend my stay a couple of times. Everybody was great to work with. They were very accommodating. I would especially like to commend Jabori and Dawn at the front desk. They were very kind and helpful. Rochelle in the buffet dining room was amazing. She was so kind when I got tearful about not being able to get home for Christmas. They all went above and beyond. I will definitely stay there again in future travels.
