Traveling for a cruise

Stayed the night before an early flight, room was clean, bed was comfortable front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle driver got us to the airport on time and safely. This is a great choice and close to the airport.

I think her name is Shaniqua, a young lady at the desk. Her personality is delightful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the bistro was very good. The shuttle was responsive to my request for pick up and delivery. The signage on the shuttles can be confusing because some give the name of other hotels; apparently the shuttles work for another company.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful! Front desk, staff, SHAWNA(?) . If we had a minor reservation problem, our fault… she quickly remedy the situation without hesitation! The other staff, that we spent some time in the restaurant/bar with it was Crystal! Who was just as friendly and welcoming, and a very valuable associate, I would say! She was very very busy, but took care of our order, and was very pleasant! Ye

Room and facility maintained well. Staff were all friendly. Shuttle is on-demand 24/7 and gets you to airport in n 5 minutes. Considering how close it’s to the airport and main drag, it’s pretty quiet. By the way, they make great fried chicken wings.
