Crowne Plaza Hotel Los Angeles Harbor, an IHG Hotel SAN PEDRO

We stayed here before a cruise. The hotel and staff were great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Shuttle is convenient for drop off. Would like to have the option of taking the shuttle back. Had to pay a taxi $75 for ride back. Not the hotel's fault.

I requested 2 beds but none were available. Instead I was given a lovely suite to enjoy. Thanks for the upgrade.

Fantastic night shift attendant!! Cozy room. Delicious breakfast buffet. My only complaint was that we had to pay for a cab to the Catalina ferry because the shuttle is only offered when there are cruises and the taxi driver got stuck in traffic and was late picking us up.

We stayed here before a cruise. The hotel and staff were great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great service and the bar and food were good. My only complaint is that the shuttle is very limited to times and pick up and drop off at port were not great.

Room was upgraded to Junior suite which was awesome! We got to experience great room which normally wouldn\'t pay for n now in future if reasonable will. Staff was so nice at front desk n in restaurant n convenient to cruise terminal.

Amenities were fantastic. Loved being able to garage my car while cruising on a ship. Going to stay another day at the end of the year. Room was beautiful and service was very friendly and knowledgeable.
