Person at the desk was great. We stayed over night due to a late flight. I found it to be very expensive. We arrived at 1:00 am and checked out at 10:00 am. Total cost with parking was over 400$.

I had book to be picked up at 4 15 am and shuttle didn t arrive to I went to find out why the 3 pm desk clerk put us in 4 45 am frame .was not amused.2nd ly we booked for 14 days and were not told there was no parking for last 7 days therfore we had to go and park at park and fly at xtra cost not amused again .hotelshould provide parking for whole time asked for .

Nice room only negative the shuttle was on lunch brake so whe paid 25$ for a taxi also breakfast was not included in room rates

Bed was comfortable, but the heater fan kept cycling on an off with ticking sounds every few minutes and there was not way to turn it off.

Very confortable and clean!

Clean, well appointed units, with super comfy beds. Staff was absolutely delightful. Shuttle was right on time and a few minutes from airport. Definitely our new go to for accommodations near YUL.

Nous avons choisi une nuit d’hôtel et une semaine de stationnement. Tout a été très facile. Aucune complication pour le stationnement dans le stationnement sécurisé. La chambre d’hôtel était spacieuse, propre et calme. L’aller et le retour à l’aéroport se sont faits sans délai et à l’heure. Malheureusement il y avait de la neige sur la voiture au retour. Mais ça c’est de la faute à dame nature.

We were picked up by the 24h shuttle at the airport (no problem finding where to be picked up) and got to the hotel until after 930pm so we were tired but hungry after a day of travel. It was so nice to be able to grab a bite to eat in the restaurant that late at night...I recommend having the Poutine and my husband loved his burger! Staff at the front desk and the restaurant/bar were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the bed comfy which was exactly what we needed. We had parked our car in the lot the week prior and found it safe and untouched. We will definitely use this hotel again.
