The only thing I didn\'t like much was the feel of the room, it just felt too business-like instead of the warm, comfy feel that I prefer, but it was clean and had all necessities including a second sink which did come in handy. The most appreciated thing was having a secure, fully enclosed, fenced-in parking lot with cameras and gates that close at night. The shuttle service was good as well. It sounds like they depart every 30 minutes in the morning. When you return you have to take the air train from your terminal (any terminal besides terminal A) to a communal hotel shuttle pickup area but I don\'t think they are allowed to do pickups at each terminal separately, and we only had to wait maybe 10 to 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when we returned and it wasn\'t too difficult to figure out how to get there (good signage).
