SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Westshore TAMPA

Comfortable, clean, decor fresh look. Only problem is like most hotels HVAC very loud but when it shut off very quiet. Booked to park, fly, stay - worked well.

We parked our car there while we took an extended trip. When we returned I called Spring Hill Suites and Christina made sure that the shuttle picked us up promptly and that a quiet room was awaiting us. In the morning, Ernest made sure we were happy with everything.

I only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly and courteous, the room spacious and comfortable. Slept like a baby all night! Thank you. I did the park, sleep and fly package which was great. The shuttle driver was so helpful and kind! Would do this again.

I had a very late arrival and John Israel and Ernesto were awesome setting up my stay. They checked me in early per my call as my flight from Boston was delayed. Room was waiting for me and a nice breakfast later that morning. Did the park sleep and fly package. Great value location shuttle and service by the team. Five Stars! Will definitely stay here again.

beautiful facility and very close to the airport. We were traveling to a national championship game in Denver, checked out early to catch our flight only to have it canceled as soon as we got to airport. The staff was so accommodating; we called to see if we could check back in since our new flights were much later in day and we welcomed back in. Just a lovely experience with both, John (I think) the desk the night before and Ernest, the following morning. Professionalism with a kind human face.

We chose this location as a “stay the night before an early flight as well as be able to park your car there when you’re away”. The problem we encounter was not only was there no coffee or hot water for tea in the lobby (but you could make some in your room) but the shuttle left a couple of minutes before it was supposed to. We arrived promptly at the time we had reserved and they were already gone so get down to the shuttle early.

My only suggestion is to have coffee ready earl in the morning as there were sevel of us getting 5:30: - 6:30 Flights Thanks
