So clean!!! Staff very friendly greatest Choc chip cookies and service to and from airport outstanding. Beds were do comfortable and so were the pillows. Felt very comfortable leaving our car there!!
Great room and the area seemed safe to leave your car. The beds were SO comfortable and the room a nice size. However, the shower has next to no water pressure and a giant step down to get out of the shower. It could also use some updating. Airport shuttle took FOREVER but it wasn\'t solely the driver\'s fault; BWI should have a separate place for hotel shuttles to pick up guests rather than battling parked cars waiting to pick people up!! But overall a great place to stay!
Great hotel! Very comfortable and clean room. Great desk staff. Great food. Wide variety of snacks or quick preparation foods to choose from. Great shuttle service and safe area to leave your car.
