Holiday Inn Express Woodland, an IHG Hotel WOODLAND

This is a convenient hotel to park and fly. Local clerk was available to answer questions prior to checking in. Transportation to smf available. We will use this location for park and fly again.

Staff is friendly and efficient. The process is very smooth.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room was very nice and clean and quiet. We took a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 a.m. and the driver was friendly and on time. Upon our return, our plane was late which returned us to the airport well beyond the last shuttle time. When we landed, there was a voicemail on my phone from Caesar asking if we needed the shuttle. I called him and told him our plane just landed and that since it was past the last shuttle time, that we would Uber over to the hotel to get our car. He had me wait a short minute on the phone and then told me the driver was still there and he would come pick us up. The driver arrived in less than 15 minutes and took us to our car. we were very grateful.

Easy check-in, very comfortable, clean and quiet room, got a good night rest! Shuttle driver was informative; not long of a wait, very helpful. Very good breakfast, bacon cooked just right (crispy, the way we want it)

Room was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was on time, considering we had to keep changing our arrival time dsue to airline missing their pilot!!

We had a very comfortable stay at this location! It was surprisingly quiet for a park and fly hotel! The shuttle service was on time and drivers were very accommodating! It made our very early flight so much easier!

Amenities good but was disappointed that we did not have the benefit of the shuttle even though early on it was listed as a 24 hour shuttle and we did not arrive at SMF until 11:45.

We used the shuttle service after we parked our car, and shuttle again when we arrived 'home'. Service from the staff was excellent, shuttle service was timely and convenient, and we slept at the hotel at the end of our two week trip. The total cost was less than the long term parking at the airport would have been. We are very pleased with the service and the facility and will use it again in the future. Thank you Fass and all the staff.
